SEO Articles and Copyrights
SEO article writing is a process done all the time on the Internet. Authors from all over the world write web content or SEO articles. While these writers are producing search engine optimized content for web sites they have to constantly watch their stuff.
Copyright laws protect authors of all sorts. Anyone who writes something without using another author’s work is writing a copyrighted piece. This piece belongs to them legally unless the person agrees in writing that the copyrights are handed over to the client.
Some people will go online and use free articles. This is fine providing they asked permission from the author to use the content or followed the copyright laws to introduce the content to the public. If someone sees an article on the Internet that belongs to someone else and literally places it on their web site without asking permission it is a copyright infringement that could get them in big trouble.
Copyrights are instant laws made up when someone writes something on paper. No, matter what they write that article belongs to them. Someone else claiming the article is infringing on their copyrights, which puts them at risk of being sued. They could end up in prison also.
Some SEO articles on the Internet are published without the author’s name. While there may not be a source available as to where that article came from, the person who wrote is the legal copyright owner. This means that if someone buys, sells, trades, or uses the article the original author can step in and tell them how that article will be displayed. Anyone who changes anything to the article without asking the author’s permission is falling under the law “copyright infringement.”
Only professionals who know the copyright laws and respect them should handle writing SEO articles.
